Streetsboro Community Center

Boulevard Studios developed the landscape and hardscape design for this new 7,400 square foot community center building. Nestled within a wooded site central to the city’s main parks and recreational facilities, the building now serves as a permanent space for senior programs—a long overdue replacement for their prior home in a school annex building. A large multipurpose space inside can be divided into different configurations for rentals and community events, and opens to a large patio equipped with a small fire pit, designed to give the outdoor space nearly year-round use. Along the front façade, a mix of evergreens and flowering shrubs complement the natural tones and textures of the building’s architecture.
